Online gift vouchers
It would be nice to offer our guests an ability to buy a Gift Voucher for our hotels online versus it being a manual process. We previously used Webrezpro, and their system allowed this. Now we have to go back to paper and manual gift certificates.

Option to make comments from company profiles or rate codes visible for reservations
It would be nice to have an option that comments from rate codes, profiles or even blocks are inherited to the reservations.

Date suggestion on WBE adapted after minimum stay restrictions
Current situation: E.g. If a guest selects the dates for a 3 night stay and we have restrictions with minim. 4 nights, the dates suggested by the WBE are often not even close to the dates the guest had in min.
Suggestion for solution: The WBE instead suggests an additional night to the guest, so e.g. Guest search for accommodation 21-24th of March where the minimum stay is 4 nights, WBE then suggests 20-24th of March OR 21-25th of March.
That way the guest doesn't think we are fully booked and understands the minimum stay better. Now it only says…

Let us use the escape key to exit windows in Mews.
Would save us a lot of time if we could use Esc to close windows in Mews instead of clicking the X.

Printing out remaining arrivals
So, we make a daily export of the remaining guest arrivals as a back-up or for other departments. As of now, it's only possible to create an export of the entire day's arrivals. It would be great to have a function that allows you to create an export of the guests yet to arrive, i.e. from now til end of day.

Reminder online check out
When a guest makes a reservation the same date of arrival before 9am, Mews sends the template for check in online but then at 9am also the reminder email is sent. This means that the guest have two identical emails in the same day. So we would like that, for bookings made in the same date of arrival, the reminder is deactivated.

Import Companions via Import File
Would it be possible to Also consider creating a capability within the existing Import File to identify "companions" within a reservation and upload such data into Mews? (Besides the Rooming List template).

At the moment we have to calculate the average length of stay ourselves:

Monthly timeline not functionable
could you please look into the monthly timeline as currently not a viable option (actually, it is totally useless).
you can only see bookings of 14+ nights - we need to see all of them
you can not move bookings - we need to be able to do so
for us, we don't necessarily need to see a full year, but anything of 3+ months would be acceptable1 vote -

The Availability Block departure date should automatically adjust to the future arrival date
When you enter the block arrival date, why wouldn't the departure date automatically jump to at least the same day as arrival day or the day after? It makes no sense that we have to manually make sure that the departure date is not before the arrival date?! It is time consuming.

Restrictions rate in combination with company or travelagent
It would be very desirable if the restrictions could allow a rate or rategroup to be opened or closed in combination with a company or travel agency.
