fermeture et ouverture chambre auto

Allow companions to become reservation owners from a rooming list import
When companions are added to large reservations e.g. 100 + from the rooming list identifying the names of the companions is very difficult in these large groups. If users expand the columns, it means that they have to do a large amount of scrolling to find guest information as simple as the guests name.
Allow users to select whether or not they would like companions to become reservation owners when they have been added from a rooming list.

Retain departed guests on the check out report once they have checked out.
On the check out report - once a guest has been checked out they disappear from the list. Can they just be moved in to a lower segment on the screen so that they can still be found from the check out report?

Individual bills
Ensure that the items for each stay are assigned to an individual bill. It is confusing, if there are different stays and prepayments displayed on one bill and extra work is needed to separate them for check-out.

Turn off notification sounds

We would like to be able to turn off the sound when a notification comes in.
when we are talking to guests, it is very annoying when we hear a 'ping' in our ear all the time.

Updating and closing tasks
It would be great if you had the option to not only update a task when opening it, but also to close it from that same window. Now you need to update it, close the task and then only are you able to complete it from the list (task list or within the reservation).

checking in a guest manually needs fixed!
Currently to check in a guest, You have to navigate too many screens between payment, guest info, and check in. Instead when you click check in, MEWS should automatically prompt the guest info then payment instead of having to navigate multiple tabs.

edit daily rate and change room number for options
Currently daily rate is not amendable once the bookings are created, with a status OPTION (not confirmed). We used to have it but not anymore.

Add 'comment' condition to product rules
It would be useful to add more conditions to product rules; e.g., comments -- this would allow to create product rules based on matching words in the reservation comments.

task - department - mandatory field
we just hat the situation that a guest complained because we forgot a task.
This happened because the colleague who created the task forgot to set a Department.
As the Department just check the Task reports with the filter of their Department no one had this task on their report.
Is it possible to set the Department as a mandatory field?

Possibility to do a room move for a guest in house
Right now, it is only possible to make a room move for an in-house guest when the room that you are planning to use hasn't been used during the time that that guest was staying. And this is very inconvenient when the guest that we are trying to move is a long-stayer. For example:
Mr Smith has been staying from the 1/3 until 20/3.
On the 15/3 I need to move him to room #219.

Emergency inhouse guest list (Customer profiles report)
it would be good if we could print an in-house guest list including mobile numbers. we use this for emergencies (i.e. fire roll call) and currently we are only able to print guest name, room number, number of occupants.
for that same reason it would be good if we had the option to mark a guest as "requirying assistance" which would print on this report. that doesn't have to be a "disabled" person, but could be somebody with young children or difficulty walking

Price Period
The Price Overwrite Periods of the rates should be longer, than 12 months.

the update overview on Mews is great, but could it please be possible to add a delete button once you have read the update. that way you know exactly which ones you still need to familiarise yourself with and don't end up with a list 500km long!

Updating Voucher
To be able to have the option to update the voucher for existing reservations. Unfortunately, if you're looking to update the voucher you need to cancel the reservation and create new once as there is no way to update voucher, only when creating initial booking.
