  1. In order to start a reservation office for the several hotels in one destination, we would like to see and compare voucher rates of all hotels to offer the guest the best fitting room.
    That would work, as soon as we have the possibility to put in the voucher in the reservation screen before we choose the hotel from one destination.

    Thank you for the feedback and upvotes. We are very happy to inform you that it is possible to filter the reservation overview arrival report by alphabetic order as requested.

    In order to make use if this feature, you can select the “Ordering” filter in the “Arrivals” tab, and select “Customer”. This will automatically order your reservations in ascending order, alphabetically.

  8. The Mews Manager report is a great overview including data and figures about your daily operations. An expansion of this report could include even more valuable details, such as additional budget summaries, date-to-date comparisons, and the next month forecast to help plan your upcoming rate management.

  10. Additional/customizable origin options.

    When a reservation is created we have limited options to choose as the origin of the booking. We would like to have the option to customize these options ourselves to have a better overview of where the bookings come from.

  15. We would like to send offers and confirmations of a block reservation directly from MEWS. For this we need mail templates for blocks and the possibility to click on the mail template option in the block (just like with the individual reservations)

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are happy to inform you that we are currently beta testing this new functionality, themed "multi-group blocks".


    Multi-group blocks

    Multi-group blocks will enable you to create multiple groups with up to 750 reservations each in a single block. This means that you will no longer have to create multiple blocks for large groups which is typically of blocks created for up 1 year for travel agency contracts. They can now all be automatically linked to a single block, effectively giving you 2 types of blocks 1) Single group blocks and 2) multi-group blocks.


    Multi-group blocks are a prerequisite to activating rolling release dates, as they prepare your property for handling large groups. You can learn more about the features that will be made available to beta testers in the recording linked below:

  19. For properties that wish to automate their guest's journey during check-in, they need Mews to be able to send out trigger when a guest completes their online check-in. Based on this, their door lock integrations could send the guest access code to their room. We should also be able to receive back information that the guest entered the room which can then change the reservation from online check-in to checked-in. This is in case that they have technology in place that recognizes when someone enters the room.

  20. Can you guys separate the room number from the Booking number on the Departure screen, please. This will also help to support all those requests for HSK where I can see people have requested to show room numbers. As the departure list can be printed directly on a PDF. Thanks.
