An error occurred while saving the comment Mariann Ravbjerg commentedAt front office staf should be able to see all email send through Mews. They contain no confidential communication, but basic information sunch as confirmation, payment failures etc.
Gaining access to the the information will enable the front office staff to better deal with communication as "I have just received....." where customers questions the communication they have received.Mariann Ravbjerg supported this idea · -

Sometimes a task is still relevant for a cancelled reservation. Therefore I see the need for this to be optional. A Y/N question when making changes to a reservation.
