Currently the Space Status report can be filtered by OOS or OOO status. However, when the report is filtered by OOS status the reason is not displayed on the printable version. It would relevant for Housekeeping to have report filter with all reasons for OOO and OOS, to have this displayed in the PDF printable version and Commander app.

Stay products are now posted on the date they’re consumed. All existing products have been replaced with products with the updated settings. Any products posted to an existing, future reservation were also updated to the new posting settings.

Guests can now sign digital registration cards in Navigator before arriving!
Now, when guests check in online, they’ll provide all of their legally required info and their signature to create a digital registration card.
We’ll store the signed card on the customer profile in Mews in Files section. https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010283757

You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

We are happy to inform you that we have added the ability to access the billing screen directly from the timeline.
In order to make use of this functionality all you need to do is select a reservation from the timeline, from there you will see the billing icon in the side menu. Selecting this icon will open the billing screen as shown in the attached image.
