    We have these cases multiple times a day and that this is not possible affects daily operations and guest satisfaction.
    This post is 7 years old and has 100 comments, but it has not gotten any awareness? Reservations and Front office has this in daily business!

    Very important feature we would need in our daily operations.
    This is a constant need and question from our guest, which we cannot fullfill.
    There is a lot of revenue lost due to the fact that this is not possible.
    Even a 20 year old PMS had this feature.

    Double room supplement
    It is recommended that the double room supplement is shown separately from the single price on the invoice. This is particularly advantageous for business travellers who are travelling with a companion and require a separate invoice.

    A pop-up window would be absolutely essential for sending messages to guests at check-in or check-out, so that important messages for the guest are not forgotten!!!
