Products have the ability to send a message to an individual or department when created. It would be great to have the ability to automatically create a task as well. This would need to have their own notification fields of who to create the task for.

This functionality already exists under the Schedule Export feature, it would be amazing and save a lot of time to copy/tweak this into the Add Task feature.

This is something we discussed during our onboarding process and the "work around" was to remove the Option > "Highlight open payments"
This is still not a perfect resolution, but works for the immediate. Ideally, the Accounting Ledger would be enhanced with, or a new report would be created for, Aged Accounts that goes off of the Reservation # or other unique identifier and shows all past due open balances associated with that unique identifier as well as days past due.

This is critical to our operation because we sell packages that required being purchased the morning of the individuals stay, so when a new package is added for a future date, or the next interval is going to run, that information would not necessarily be available the day before to prepare out staff to be able to assemble the packages before the guest arrives.
