    We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.

    We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

    Agreed, the choice is way to limited. In Hotel Perfect the customer could have as many or as little templates as they link. I do not like the restriction as every Hotel has a different requirement. Also it means Mewsers are currently sending additional emails from outlook to confirm extras they cannot type in a standard confirmation.

    Hello Mewsers,

    We are very happy to inform you that we provide the following reservation states:

    Pending (Inquiry) – this state shows reservations as “inquired” in the system but it does remove any rooms from your inventory.

    Optional – when reservations are created in the optional state they are set and tentative in the system and can be automatically released. Optional reservations will remove rooms from your inventory.

    If you would like to know more about the states mentioned above, please contact our customer care team.

    We would like to know more about how you envision working with “probability %” and waiting lists. If you have anymore use cases or scenarios for the waiting list, please feel free to share them with us.

    The reason users would like to book a room from the timeline is due to wanting a specific room. The work around is currently to book a double room and then drag and drop to the room you require.

    You can set up the bed type definition on the space category level in the Mews web application. Open settings > services > space categories > select Space classification and add you preferred bed definition for example "Standard twin".

    This would also help when selecting a double or twin when booking a room. Hotel Perfect shows you which ziplink rooms have been made as a double or twin the night before which allows for simple housekeeping. The ziplink rooms force you to choose "double or twin" before saving the booking. Automatically a department note (task) is created for Housekeeping

    Notes by department with associated report to allow for better organisation and less clutter in notes field. Hotel Perfect also allows some non private note categories to be seen on the customers pre checkin journey. Hotel Perfect also allows for customised note categories e.g - Childrens names, flight times etc.
