We reopened this request for further upvotes. It is fairly clear what is being requested and it will need more investigation from Mews. In the mean time we would ask you to continue to up vote if this is still a required connectivity feature request.

This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. An error occurred while saving the comment Trevor Dixon commentedThis feature would be very beneficial, especially for properties in different countries where english is not the staffs first language.
Guests should be able to use the Navigator to manage their bookings during there stay and addon products as they require and have them automatically billed to their Mews guest profile.
Notes should be able to be added as well, so that things like dates and pickup times can be arranged.
ie: Hotel is running a tour or Party. Guest should be able to open the navigator and book the product without needing to speak hotel staff.
another example is room service ordering.
This functionality exists at Checkout for the minibar, but this adds little value to the hotel as the minibar would still need to be checked manually by housekeeping staff to confirm.
