We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.

In the before start email the closing is not customizable. At the moment the closing is "Kind regards", which is pretty formal and not suitable for many brands. Therefore the introduction of an customizable footer would be great.

Provide design flexibility of the booking engine.
The menu (with the currency, language, dates, categories, rates, summary) is taking up to much vertical space, especially if the booking engine is displayed via iframe within the brand website.
In an ideal scenario the booking engine does not open in a new page, but opens within the brand page, keeping the user within the brand environment.
Unfortunately there is no design/layout flexibility with the booking engine and therefore you will find below the brand menu a very big booking engine menu.
This is reducing the category space, where you want sell the product and which should have maximum attention and space to scroll through the categories. On the mobile version of the booking engine the space is even more scarce and a big menu above is therefore even more detrimental to the usablitiy.simon.s supported this idea ·

Totally agree, each hotel/hostel has it's own way of communication with their guests. Not being able to modify the text which the guest receives in his first email from the hotel/hostel is really bad and a total broken link in the customer journey. :-(
