  10. Alter css/HTML of {DetailsHtml}

    the {DetailsHtml} placeholder returns a very basic however css coded part, showing as a different font style (and with different colors etc) from our confirmation letter. Ideally we could alter or influence this part directly.

  15. Set calendar to show first day of week as Sunday for U.S.

    Calendar needs to be configurable to have weeks starting on Sunday.
    In the U.S., the vast majority of guests are used to a Sunday-Saturday calendar.
    We have had multiple guests who booked a Saturday & Sunday night stay but intended to book a Friday & Saturday night stay.
    This causes problems later if the inn is all booked, as these guests cannot stay the night they expected.
