  6. Mews should accurately allocate the price across different age categories. For instance, if a reservation includes products with child pricing, Mews should distribute the total cost based on child pricing and not just equally. For example, if the total price is 67.5 and the reservation has 2 adults and 1 child, the distribution should be 27 (adult price) multiplied by 2 (adults) and 13.5 (child price) multiplied by 1 (child).

  7. At the moment, we can't sell Mews POS in Portugal due to lack of certification and we don't have other POS which we integrate with. Most of the prospects have PMS + POS solution with local Portuguese providers.

This connection would allow for properties to use TripAdvisor as a distribution channel by allowing clients to book directly on TripAdvisor without having to go through the property page and the connection will send all the relevant customer and billing information directly into Mews when the transaction is complete.

  16. The hotel receive from Synxis reservations and are able to receive in guest profile information relate to the loyalty program. The hotel received this information in the guest profile:
    -The loyalty program
    -Membership Number
    -Membership level

    The request was for:
    -Marriott Bonvoy
    -Preferred hotels and resorts

  20. We use the Sabre SynXis CRS for channel management. For example, when we are oversold by 3 on a room type, Mews sends a 0 count to the CRS rather than -3. This creates situations where we are at risk of overselling or continuing to be oversold as we will get a cancelation but the CRS goes from 0 to 1 rather than -3 to -2. Often we get another booking before the systems refresh one another.
