  8. At the moment, we can't sell Mews POS in Portugal due to lack of certification and we don't have other POS which we integrate with. Most of the prospects have PMS + POS solution with local Portuguese providers.

  11. enable a "grace period" for key cutter integrations to account for late checkouts, etc. When a guest adds a late check-out to their reservation, or when we enter it as a product, it should change the time to whatever the late check-out in that property is

  19. In order to show system user activity across Mews we need the ability to list users via the public API.
    For example see id, name, username for the user who checked in a guest or added a particular note.
    Many entities today have for instance "Created by" or "Updated by" fields, but I have not found a way to retrieve the actual user or all users.

    This functionality would help us show which employees have interacted with customers and assist in followups and other customer related processes.
