  1. A direct hyperlink to guest’s reservations between MEWS and OTA’s

    Creating hyperlink so that by simply clicking on travel agency confirmation number in MEWS we are guided directly to the reservation on the OTA’s website. Instead of copying the number and pasting it on Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds… etc.

  6. Send a push by rate code

    Can you please develop option to send a manual push for selected rate codes? At present when sending a push it includes each existing rate codes and it slows the system down for an entire day!!

    If you already use a centralised messaging tool that already connects to Outlook, it's also possible for the tool to sync correspondence onto a guest's reservation Notes. 

  9. TESA Smart Air by Assa Abloy integation with Mews

    We manage local accommodation flats. The guest access to the rooms is done through a pin code that we send to the guest before the check in date. Our system is TESA Smart Air by Assa Abloy.
    Currently to send pins to the guests we have to manually input into the TESA system the room information, check in and check out date and guest name, generate the code and send to the guest This procedure is time consuming and error prone.

  10. Visma eaccounting koppeling

    With Mews I can only connect with Visma Accounting, the regular version of Visma Accounting.
    I use Visma eaccounting, the cloud version of Visma. It would by nice to connect that also with Mews

  12. Split INE report for different room types

    When automating reports for INSTITUTO NACIONAL ESTADISTICA (INE) in Spain, would be very convenient to split or segregate the report into different business lines. For instance between two or more different hotels (or according to each business configuration, between different room types)

    Other wise the hotel must rebuild the report manually, wasting time and efforts.

  13. Use multiple addresses for google hotel search

    We are currently using a 1 property set-up to manage 2 different properties in mews as reservations are sometimes moved between both properties and the multi property set-up doesn't allow to just switch bookings. Because of this 1 property set-up, we can only link 1 of our properties to the Google Hotel Search integration. Therefore it would be usefull for us to link our separate property (with different address) to google as well.

    In our opinion, the necessary fields for google could be filled-in in the integration itself, and not taken from the property settings in mews.

  15. zapier send the invoice

    Zapier; allow for a zap to send the invoice upon closing to a specified e-mail address for checking and sending options. No need for the administration to manually go through all properties, but instantly receive closed invoice to their email and send these out to companies after verification.

  16. Sojern Pixel Implementation Upgrade

    Hi Mews Team,

    We're from Sojern and in order to enhance our partnership and facilitate our mutual clients synergies, we are looking to extend our pixel integration into a single button that the client needs to click inside your UI for our pixels to start firing.

    At the moment, the client is required to add a GTM to their mews and then import a pre-made Sojern pixel container to implement the pixels. While is working well, it is a lengthy process that we want to make it as seamless as possible.

  19. Programming of multiple doors on a key card with Assa Abloy Vision interface

    Our hotel consists of several buildings.

    In addition to the room, we also have to program public doors onto the key card.

    Otherwise we cannot use the kiosk function

  20. Visionline - encode second room to be opened by the card in field 4 of key creation command

    In the current Visonline integration with Mews, Mews only sends one room number/lock id to be encoded in Visionline. This presents an operational challenge for properties that have the following room structure:

    6228 - main suite (parent space)
    230 - private room for 2 persons (child space)
    228 - dorm room with 4 beds (child space with 4 additional child spaces nested)
    228-1,2,3,4 - four separate dorm beds

    230 and 228 can be sold separately, as is any of the four beds. A party of 6 can also book the entire suite 6228.
