Salto Integration - Check in & check out date time format
Update the integration between Salto and Mews with a complete date and time format that also includes minutes instead of hours only.
Currently, the Salto integration can only receive the check-in and check-out hour but not the minutes. So, if you have a check-in and/or check-out time set at the half-hour, for example at 11:30 am, the integration sends the check-out time at 11:00 am.

Connector on Server
Yep, the issues we have that is looks like this mews connector is something you install on a desktop and then manually start it or something.
We need to have this running on a server as a service/deamon, so it autostarts when we the server is started and not for a user to login and autostart.
We have it autostarting, and autouserlogin, with locks the screen after a few moniutes, but that is not how it should be running, should be a bit more robust.
Preferably also with something to monitor (logs, proceses, http requests) so our monitoring can see…

Dormakaba - Oracode integration
Dormakaba's product Oracode which generates pin code doesn't integrate with Mews. It does connect to Hotello, though, so prospects/clients are looking for this.

Channel: mapping once products
It should be possible to map products to the channel, which are charged once per person and once per stay. Otherwise we are not able to sell our packages online, which include like one massage per guest during the stay.

Zapier: "Add action to close same-day bookings"
Hi there, Mews Team!
Laurie here, reaching out from Zapier Support. One or more of our mutual customers has requested a new feature in your app.
Specifically, they'd like to see an action that would let them close bookings at a specified time every day.
An example use case for this would be to ensure same-day bookings aren't made after a certain time of day.
I don't see this available in the API at this time:

Apartment groups and vacation rentals have a wide range of space classifications. If you would like Mews to add more space classifications to the Channel Manager API, upvote this suggestion If you have a specific preference, leave a comment.

Primavera is one of the most used accounting solutions in Portugal. Mews currently does not support this integration

Keys ≠ Check-out time
Keys (using keycutter) are automatically made based on check-out and check-in times. It would be useful to make a key that works until 10h15 if the check-out is for example at 10am. Now, if guests forgot something or want to pick up luggage they left in the room at 10h01 front office needs to make a new key.

CHECK IN/OUT TIME
Pull the guests "check in and check out time" data from the channels and update directly to the reservations "arrival" section.

Visionline - encode second room to be opened by the card in field 4 of key creation command
In the current Visonline integration with Mews, Mews only sends one room number/lock id to be encoded in Visionline. This presents an operational challenge for properties that have the following room structure:
6228 - main suite (parent space)
230 - private room for 2 persons (child space)
228 - dorm room with 4 beds (child space with 4 additional child spaces nested)
228-1,2,3,4 - four separate dorm beds230 and 228 can be sold separately, as is any of the four beds. A party of 6 can also book the entire suite 6228.

MEWS X Key Cutter integration - send command for check out
Salto can receive a check out command from PMS. Currently, MEWS does not send these commands via the key cutter integration to Salto (early check out fe.).
Would be a great benefit (and improvement in terms of security) since currently we cannot create a new key via our integrating party for Kiosk.

Roomcheking - Assaabloy do not disturb and make my room status
Assaabloy provides now door locks solution with possibility to the guest to press a button to set status do not disturb or make my room.
Does the DND/make my room status communication between Commander and Assa Abloy could be developped ?
Then communication between commander and roomchecking ?

Clicking the 'X' in Channel Manager Mappings
When you are in a channel manager rate in the channel manager mappings and you click the 'X' in the top left it puts you back to the main channel manager settings page rather than the list of channel manager rates.
When you're trying to delete a space category you need to unmap it from the channel manager rates first, if you have a lot of rates this becomes very time consuming when it's putting you back to the main page each time.
Generally this could be made easier with an "unmap from all rates" button

HESTA Report
Last year we were able to pull the report even with missing data. Now - as asoon as one detail is missing, there is no access to the report. The offical partners state that they need the numbers which is the most crutial to them. We need this report to work again, even with missing names / details.
