Connector API: Close bills

Within Mews, staff are able to close bills. This is currently not possible via the Connector API for integrators.

With this extensions to our Connector API, it will be possible for integrators to support this functionality.

moving items into a bill, closing bill and generating/retrieving/sending the invoice should be an available feature using the Api. These will allow to automate the checkout process.

To me this is critical, it's crazy our hosts have to manually do this for now
