Apply returning guest classification only for consumed bookings
This may be a bug; however, mews applies the returning guest classifaction also in case a guest cancels his booking and then makes a new one. The returning guest classification should only be applied in case of a consumed (checked-in and out) reservation.

Booker history on client profile
It would be convenient when we're on a profile to be able to see all the reservations for which this profile was the booker.

second email field on guest profile
we sometimes have the need to register both the guest work and private email. a second field would therefore be handy as currently you are not able to put it anywhere. same for phone numbers.

I would like to find guest profiles in Mews by entering the phone number in the search bar (Even if country code is missing or written in 00 instead of +).

Group summary has poor data. More detailed summary would be perfect for group reservation.

Expand and manage RESERVATION PORPOUSE LIST
Allow admin user to manage, add or remove items in the RESERVATION PORPOUSE LIST field as works for SEGMENTS in order to get a better segmentation and structured data.

Invoice request on registration cards
So for us it would be quite useful to add an option for guests to choose if they want to receive an invoice. Also an extra box if they wish to have company details in there would be great. This way we can send invoices to guests when they want it and also how they want it.

Sort name search results by recent
When looking for a name in the search bar, the results are shown in alphabetical order. It would be way more convenient if the client profiles where sorted by closest reservation in time.
That way, when typing "Smith", you'll first get Mr Smith that has a reservation tomorrow or Mr Smith that just left last week-end and not Adam Smith from 4 years ago.20 votesHello from the Mews product team.

being able to set a restriction to limit arrival day
We have offers whereby we need to restrict on what day the arrival day can happen (i.e. no arrival on monday or tuesday). the offer may be valid for 6 days maximum, so we do not wish to close out on the monday and tuesday. we just need to be able to set the arrival day from wednesday to sunday.

Reservation payment update should also trigger routing rules
Some OTAs allow the customer to change Onsite payment to Online Prepaid reservation up until the check in.
Currently the routing rules do not trigger when the payment option updates.We would appreciate if the routing rules trigger when the payment updates into "Online Prepaid" so that we do not accidentally charge the guest twice.

registration form
We take a print out for the registration form and take sign of guest for at check in. It is a A4 paper and the registration detail on the page takes only 30% space rest of the page is empty instead is you can give some more flexibility for the hotel to add whatever the need and use that remaining space like having a draft that has all the option either mews create it or hotels can add if they need some more info on the registration so in short mews can create an outline and the hotel can add…

To be able to seach for booking using the bookers profile - not only by the guest profil.

Adding additional guest(s) for short periods of a long stay
When guests are staying for several months, they often have visitors staying. These need to register and added to the booking.
Although this is possible, you are not able to add them for a couple of nights only. So you add them and remove them as you go along, but there is no track record of them at a later stage.

Booking.com Integration: Transfer guests nationality to Guest profile in Mews
A guest booking with booking.com. The guest nationality is not transferred to the guests profile in Mews when using Mews's own booking.com integration. Booking.com clearly states the nationality of the guest with a flag and the country of origin's name.

Identify a guest as a "smoker"
it is sometimes important to know that a guest is a smoker to ensure they are allocated a room where this is allowed. nowadays most establishments are non-smoking and smokers are the exception rather than the norm.

Disable unused languages
Countless languages are usable in MEWS by default. This makes a selection, for example when creating profiles, sending confirmations, etc. very tedious.
In our house only German and English are used and it would be great if you could deactivate the other languages via global system settings.
This would greatly improve our processes

1 Task to multpile reservations
When adding multiple reservations to one gast profile, it would be beneficial to copy paste all the tasks to the other reservations. Therefore, it would be beneficial to add more reservations to one task. or an option to copy and paste a task.
