  5. Notes are often added to reservations and meant for a specific department. To help clarify who each message may be intended for, notes functionality could be expanded to include a field for department. This labeling could help eliminate confusion and notify each team about important information.

  8. Currently, phone number is entered as part of a guest's personal information in Mews Navigator or as part of their profile in Mews Commander. As guests enter their number, currently there are no formatting requirements, which can make it difficult as many guests travel from other countries and their country codes are often not included as part of that data. An additionally required country code selector could help clarify all entered details and ensure that all contact information is correct and usable.

  10. In Holland we have surnames with something in front of it. For example Anna van der Ploeg. Surname is Anna, Familyname is van der Ploeg. Alphabetically it has to with P of Ploeg, because van der is just a insertion in front of the name.

  13. Many people travel with family and share a lot of the same contact information or details within their customer profile. For many companions, sharing addresses could be used to speed up check-in or to consolidate customer profiles, as employees could use information that is already present, rather than re-entering details that may already be available. By implementing this feature, family travel and data sharing could be improved for both guests and properties alike.

  17. Set the “Segment” field of a booking as mandatory in the customer profile. This information is extremely important in terms of Revenue Management and analytics, to allow the correct categorisation of the businesses type. This update will guarantee that each and every booking will have a “Segment” attached.
