Have an RFID field in guest profile
We would like to have a direct link from our cashier system to book invoices to a guest profile using an RFID field that would be available in the guest profile. We also have guest accounts that hold more than one RFID. This option will make the administration of invoices a lot easier. Additionally, it will increase guest satisfaction.

Notes should be on the status tab. some where easily visisble so that agents dont miss important details. Notes should also pop up when you open the reservation and the agent can dismiss the note once its read.

One company, one rate
When making a booking with a company name with a negotiated rate, the negotiated rate dedicated to the company and only this one appears .

Hello Mewsers,
We are currently working on expanding segmentation reporting in Mews.
Soon you will be able to “group by” booking source which will show you the original source a reservation was created in before it is passed to the the channel manager, and finally Mews.

second email field on guest profile
we sometimes have the need to register both the guest work and private email. a second field would therefore be handy as currently you are not able to put it anywhere. same for phone numbers.

Improve Customer Address Report for North America
Mews reporting only takes into account a COUNTRY of origin when filtering reports by ADDRESS. Most of the guests in North America are local guests. Therefore, address reporting is not insightftul for the local market.
Having the insight on which city and state guests come from is extremely valuable in the US and Canada. Current ADDRESS filter is not sufficient for the Market in North America.
To make this report sufficient, properties should be able to filter their guest address by:
CITY
STATE (US)
PROVINCE (Canada)

when merging profiles, could notes from both profiles be kept
At present, when you merge profiles, only the notes on the profile you chose to keep are saved. Any notes on the duplicate profile are lost.

Attach vouchers to customer profile
They want to have personalised vouchers attached to the customer and not the rate. So they could make an individual code that will give special prices for the rates or products for the specific customer

Customer Classification Enhancement (Guest In House Report)
Handling of VIP's - being able to pull up a report of only Arrivals
with certain Customer Classifications (mulitple-select-drop-down in
reservation report with Customer Classification filter like Segments filter). Also being able to pull this via a Report like the Guest in house report.Disabled classification needs to be part of the Guests in House report
