  5. Currently, phone number is entered as part of a guest's personal information in Mews Navigator or as part of their profile in Mews Commander. As guests enter their number, currently there are no formatting requirements, which can make it difficult as many guests travel from other countries and their country codes are often not included as part of that data. An additionally required country code selector could help clarify all entered details and ensure that all contact information is correct and usable.

  6. Notes are often added to reservations and meant for a specific department. To help clarify who each message may be intended for, notes functionality could be expanded to include a field for department. This labeling could help eliminate confusion and notify each team about important information.

  17. In many countries, there are multiple official languages, meaning that nationality cannot reliably be used to determine a guest's preferred language for communication. A field for default communication language could then be added to customer profile to ensure consistency in all correspondence and also to prevent guests from receiving messages that they don't understand.

As new customers are added or new companions need to be entered on a reservation, legally required data is not clearly listed until opening the Customer Profile report, where you can see all missing details highlighted for completion. By adding Customer Profile Report adjustment, this could allow Mewsers to edit customer data directly in report fields, as well as add companion data by simply clicking on the empty fields.
