  1. A report which sums up the total spending per guest would be useful for loyalty programs. At this point it's only possible to see a total spending by checking profile per profile.

  3. In order to have an immediate comparison on both of the names (reservation and CC cardholder) that would allow the perception of eventual discrepancies and/or fraud tentative that could cause Charge-backs.

    We are very happy to inform you that we have released functionality that will allow you to drag and drop files directly to profiles within the profiles tab.

  5. When a specific rate is booked, automatically populate the company to the reservation. E.G. If you book the rate "MEWS" the system will add "MEWS" as a company to the reservation

  9. WHY TO WE NEED TO MANUALLY ADD THE GUEST IN THEIR RESERVATION?

    IF THE GUEST MAKES AN ONLINE OR AN WALK IN RESERVATION FOR MORE THAN 1 ROOM WE NEED TO GROUP IT MANUALLY INTO EXISTING CUSTOMER??

    IF THE GUEST HAS MADE TWO RESERVATION FOR THE SAME DAY THE SYSTEM SHOULD ADD THE GUEST BY IT SELF.

  10. Due to Covid-19 and link with local (city) lockdown, it will become necessary for the hotels to have the Guest Residency data and not only the passport data.

  14. When room has checked out, you cannot find the reservation back in search bar by searching for room number. You should go into the timeline now. It would be great if you can access this last reservation that has checked out today from that specific room in the search bar directly.

  15. When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

  17. now it takes a long time to link companies to a master. as you always have to scroll (remembering where you were), click in, add master. and wait for 4, 5 sec and then go back to companies, scroll again, click in ...

    instead of - better - be in the master and just add the companies

  18. When sending a "Booker confirmation" it would be great to also be able to chose a "custom" receiver and type in the email address. This is possible for the "Confirmation" but not for the "Booker Confirmation".
