  1. If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule

  2. Es wäre hilfreich wenn Sich die Personenanzahl Tagesweise individuell anpassen lassen würde. Somit ist gegeben, dass die Personenanzahl im Haus immer Stimmt und Produkte sich automatisch anpassen. Gerade bei Kurabgabe und Frühstück ist dies entscheiden.

  3. Make company owned reservations possible.
    It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.
    Provide a comprehensive view of all bookings associated with a corporate account. As well highly useful for hotels that offer coworking spaces, where companies own a office space.

  4. We would need the possibility to be able to download a booking confirmation PDF that can be sent to travel agencies & partners via separate email threads. The confirmation PDF should be fairly simple and include the following: arrival & departure dates, name of the travel agent (or company), room type (category), amount of rooms & people booked in the reservation, and the total price.

    The PDF that we can get from the "Summary" has information & links about booked spaces and that cannot be used (it is also visually not the best to look at).

  6. Bonjour il faudrait que l'on puisse customiser l'e-mail "commande ajoutée" afin de pouvoir faire figurer les conditions d'annulation du tarif au même titre qu'il est possible de le faire sur l'e-mail "confirmation de réservation" reçu par le client.

  8. Create a task from the booking status that will be automatically linked and visible to the booking.

    We often add tasks to bookings such as: follow up with the guest, get an extra bed for the room, ask about allergies. Having a feature that allows you to add a task directly from the booking would make it easier to manage tasks.

  11. We should be able to filter rate codes as expired to not take up space in the rate code screen, but activate them again if needed. This way the system can stay clean and tidy. Especially since you don't have a search feature.

  13. We are a small conference hotel and our business model is, that we sell our rooms for one group at a time.
    To make this bookable, we need to restrict the booking to a minimum amount of rooms, for example minimum of 4 rooms. So that we can avoid that one guest books one room and blocks the remaining rooms by his attendance.

    This could be done as a restriction.

  14. Possibility to check-in and check-out reservation with unassigned space.

    In case if we have confirmed no-show reservation and we have option to sell more than 100% rooms. There should be possibility to check-in and check-out this reservation. In case if it will be on unassigned space after 7 days the reservation and the charge will disappear.
    It is a big potential to increase revenues.

  15. When migrating data from past provider to Mews, allow importing the original creation date of all reservations being migrated to facilitate analysis of the booking pace (comparing booking creation date and guest's arrival date)

  16. Fast forward to overbooked reservation in timeline

    it would be a nice feature, if we had the function to klick on the red bar (when overbooked in a category) in the timeline to fast forward directly to the (next) overbooked reservation.

    Currently we have to do it like that:
    To quickly find an overbooked category, follow these steps:
    1. Go to the Reservation report from the dashboard or Main Menu > Reservations > Reservation Report.
    2. Use the following filters: Mode: Detailed, Filter: Arrival, Start: Today’s Date, End: As far into the future as you wish to go, Status: Confirmed,…

  17. The timeline view is an incredible helpful one and when looking for free spaces in the timeline it would be great if you could just start the creation of a new reservation directly from there.

    Here is my suggestion: Right click on a free space in the timeline to start a daterange selection. With pending daterange selection right click to cancel the daterange selection left to complete. If with a active daterange selection you click anywhere invalid the selection is cancelled to.

  18. Tasks Management: certain automated events in Mews create Automated Tasks. Admins would love the option to disable some of the recurring tasks

    Most automated Tasks, except for the Manual Settlement task enabled in the rate group setting, do not currently have the setting to edit/disable the task at will (for example: when payment requests are fulfilled).

  20. Some properties find it too restrictive not to be able to modify guest count once a rebate has been created and balanced in their PMS. Bills/invoices being legal documents are understandable - however if a rebate is created to correct bill details or items, the guest count should be considered as well.
