  1. In order to avoid seeing "None" under nationality in the customer statistics due to missing companion's profile, I would suggest that the system take the owner guest's nationality as default.

  2. Currently it is not clear that an availability block is made, on the schedule board. It looks like there is availability, but it actually has an availability block on it.
    So this is not visible on the planning board, and my colluages can not see that i made an availability block for this period en they can not make reservations.

  4. We request the functionality to round reservation prices to whole numbers in our booking system.

    This adjustment is crucial for maintaining the upscale image of our 4 and 5-star hotels, as current pricing often results in decimals.

    Implementing whole number pricing will simplify transactions and enhance the premium perception of our rates.

  5. Often it happens that some guests would like to add more identical bookings, just under a different name, if they are part of a group. I am aware there is already a tool to make a duplicate from Mews, however, the information copied are not sufficient and should also include manually entered rates. I have already provided this information to Mews Premium, who informed us that it's not possible and they requested to add the idea on this feedback form.

  6. Add an extra column to the timeline to add certain importnat and rate / occupancy related events such as conventions, sport, concert, in-house. Column should be right under the dates.

  7. I was trying to have 3 sets of restrictions on a given Rate Group.
    - One for arrivals up to 90 days
    - One for arrivals between 91 & 120 days
    - One over 120 days.

    Any smart ideas as to how this can be addressed, without having to create seperate rates to deal with each restriction.

    I would like to know if it's possible to add the field of passport information (number, date of validity, etc...) to the registration cards. Some of our clients are from other countries and might need VISA so we can give them the information to prepare the VISA.

  9. Multiple occupancy for a duration of stay.
    Expample: a Guest is staying for 5 nights. The first 3 nights is single occupancy and the last 2 nights are double occupancy. This should then have multiple rates *depending on the Hotel

  11. It would be nice, if it was possible to add multiple rate codes in one reservation. For example if there is a reservation for 4 nights. The first and the last night booked at the best available rate, however the second and third night is booked at the corporate's contract rate. Now, we need to make three separate reservations. If it would be possible to add multiple rate codes in a reservation, this would make this much easier.

  12. Adding a mandatory reason for waiving cancellation fees would help with internal auditing and accountability. We have a lot of cases where staff don't remember why the fees were waived and we are losing out on money. Providing this extra option would give the GMs a a good tool to monitor.

  13. When closed to stay restrictions are in place it would be very helpful to show them on the timeline.

    Our previuos PMS software (Slope) used to display them using locks.

  18. In the check out report we can see a lot of details for the reservation but not the set departure time. It would be good to see the set departure time or have the check-out report sorted by departure time.

  20. I would like to know if there is a possibility to add the sign of male (the sign of female is already there) for all the male clients? Sometimes with the name itself is not easy to be sure of the gender of the client and that will allow us to find it faster on the calendar view.
