New Spanish Police Report
The new Real Decreto 933/2021 is now in place and all the spanish hotels have up to 02/Jun/2023 to implement it. It requires the collection of more guest data during checkin (online and/or at front desk) and to provide a new report to the police database.

Automatically delete digital registration cards after X years according to local data storage laws
In some countries, it is a legal requirement to save the registration card for X number of years and to delete these after a certain time. Currently this can only be done manually, one by one. Please automate the data deletion according to local laws.

German Statistics for authorities
In Germany, we are legally required to send a monthly report of used and offered roomnights and nationalities to the authorities. In my last training, I found out that there is such a feature/integration already existing for Belgium, Switzerland and Italy etc. Can we please also have this for Germany so not every Hotelier has to check and calculate various reports to get all the information?

Statistics report in Finland
In Finland hotels must provide a monthly report on guest that have stayed at a property. The report can be created manually, however there is a possibility that the report can be created automatically.
