Add formal Spanish translations
As a luxury hotel, we require a formal tone in all communications with our guests. Currently, the translations on the guest portal are too informal and do not align with our brand strategy. For example, it uses 'Tu próxima estancia' instead of the correct formal version, 'Su próxima estancia'
