Implement Wechatpay and Alipay
Slowly the Chinese market is getting bigger and bigger for Dutch hotels. Not only in Amsterdam, but everywhere in the Netherlands. The most used payment solution are Wechatpay and Alipay. This will bring a great improvement in the guest experience.

Increase in Chinese customers is making this a more and more frequent request. This is rather urgent as a lack of WeChat, AliPay payment methods is making it increasingly challenging as hotels cannot accommodate this request.

This requirement is becoming critical for hotels to be able to accommodate the growing demand of Chinese travellers. Not offering this as a payment option limits the opportunity to cater for China customers and puts hotels as a disadvantage to competitors.

We are seeing our largest volume of chargebacks from the Chinese market, AliPay eliminates chargebacks and would be commercially very beneficial. Would be keen to nudge this on please Payments Team :-)
