  2. To limit the number of keys a client can cut at the auto check-in station.

    If the reservation is for 10 people, once they enter the passport information af all the adults, they can create 10 keys for the apartment. We would like you to introduce an option in Mews where the hotel manager could limit the number of keys that the client can cut at the kiosk.

  4. QR code statistics

    Reservation confirmations include a QR code. It would be great to be able to track statistics on the number of flashes of this QR code.

  8. Send Bills to Kiosk

    Mews already lets staff send a reservation to the Kiosk at check-in — guests see it instantly without searching. It works beautifully.

    My Proposal: add a "Send bill to Kiosk" function. This can be used during check out period. Guest reviews line by line on the Kiosk, staff edits in Mews if anything is wrong, guest confirms and pays, then check out.
    Benefits: paperless, faster check-out, and a consistent Kiosk experience from arrival to departure.
