  1. Use case:
    - We have an internal tool, synchronized via API with MEWS. We have access to Reservations, Customers, etc.
    - In our internal tool, we identify one Reservation (id-id = X, property-id = Y). In same internal reservation page details, we want to include a link to open MEWS in that reservation details: https://www.mews.li/Commander/Reservation/Detail/X?property-id=Y

  2. For chain hotels.

    When making a booking for a guest using the dropdown menu on the new reservation screen, credit card on file should automatically be charged and accounted for under the other property without needing to switch locations from within mews.

    ie: Customer is at Location A, and is making a reservation at Location B from the receptionist at front desk. The receptionist should be able to select and book Location B and have any deposits or charges autolinked to the guests card on file so that the accounting and deposits dont need to be manually reconciled between properties.

  3. When updating HTML T&C, chains need to do it manually for each of the individual properties at this time.

    Would be nice to be able to link all enterprises to the same T&C, so updates need to be done only once, and thus minimizing effort and possibility of errors.

  4. Add ability to manager employee supervisor in MMP. This would be helpful for the new Mews University reporting, etc. currently it seems we still have to manage the supervisor settings at the property level. this makes it harder for managing corporate or multi property staff.

  5. Hi,

    When I export the manager report, on the data sheet columns B & C have no titles, this is an issue when I am using power automate to inserts the rows from the manager report into a larger finance report for automation purposes because columns B & C have no titles they don't appear for me to insert that information which finance have told me they require.

    Surely all report columns should have titles & this is something you can quickly add.

  6. We have multi-property and 1 gmail account - payment failure notification emails are received without a property name so we have to go property by property to locate the booking which has a failed payment.

  7. The current arrival screen is based upon cards. For smaller properties with a few arrivals that may work. However, for larger properties, it is harder to find the right guest because of scrolling. It would be nice to consolidate this view (maybe with a new filter) that makes the reservation card information into one line much like the reservation screen and it can be filtered by Arrival Time, Queue or by Alphabetical Order, or Room Number or Room Type. For properties that have many arrivals this would be much easier to navigate.

  8. In the US, we should not use the "Deposit" feature as it is consider revenue. Therefore, the practice should be a "Prepayment" which is not a term normally used in the US. Therefore, it would be good to have an option to remove the "Deposit" feature for US properties. This causes issues for US properties accounting teams.

  9. If the property wants to assign different rooms to different people name that is separate but it should be by default while creating a reservation it should be under one name for all the group or multiple room unless needed by the guest.

    but mostly no one cares for that as from the guest side but from property we need to keep on merging them especially when we are running busy

  10. We need to keep track of who made changes the property settings. Because we had a deletion of a space and we do not know who made these changes.
    So we have no track of the history on this space...and someone could have rented it without management knowledge.
