Translatable Bill Header & Footer
Bill headers and footers are customized by many properties to include promotions, terms of stay, or other very important information. However, as these fields are currently not translatable, they may not always be available in the user's desired language. Adding translation an option for these fields could help properties ensure that these important details are visible and legible for all guests, regardless of preferred language.

Reservation overview list view
LIST VIEW of reservation overview(arrival, departure, inhouse) and possibilty to sort by for example "guest name", "room number", "price", "departure date", "number of persons" etc.
If we have more than 10 arrivals we are not able to all in a glance. This is a BIG challenge for larger properties.

Smart space assignment
Automatic room assignment is available in properties, assigning either top to bottom or bottom to top, however for same day bookings that may have a limited amount of time before arrival, it is important that the system automatically recognize this so that they can be assigned to an inspected space. Smart space assignment could help identify any time-sensitive situations so that they are intuitively managed without any manual correction needed.

Link receivable invoice payments to original invoice
"For properties who utilize receivable invoice tracking, it can be difficult to properly connect payments once they are received. Therefore, when receivable payments are received, it could be a convenient addition if these payments could be directly linked with original invoices. With this direct link, properties could reference both payments and their original invoices with ease, keeping a more organized and accessible record of revenue."

USA Legal Environment
Mews is used by properties worldwide, with each country belonging to a custom legal environment which is then tailored to their needs. Currently the legal environment for the United States has not yet been developed to optimize operations for properties in that location. The addition of this environment could therefore help make Mews available to more properties in the USA.

Automatic reply for messages
For properties that do not have 24/7 coverage it would be nice to activate an automatic reply for the messages to mention e.g. that the property will reply within 12hrs or the next day.

Add Total Revenue to Occupancy report Export
Our occupancy and availability reports provide an overview of crucial data, which can help properties plan and strategize for future rate pricing. Adding an extra tab for revenue totals in the occupancy export could contribute even more valuable data that could be used for planning. Comparing totals per day per space type could greatly improve reporting opportunities for all properties and revenue managers.

History for messages
It would be nice to be able to email/share a thread with a guest when finished so that a guest e.g. has a proof of the conversation with an agent/property.

Ability to create multiple VIP tiers
High-end properties tend to have multiple tiers of VIP guests.

Lenght of stay
With a property where length of stay plays a role for pricing, it would be convinient to see the number of nights directly under the arrival and departure day (both in timeline, but especially on "properties" overview.

Export and import possibility
For example by configuration of a new property it is handy when you can export some configurations from an existing property and import this info in the new property.

Increased quotas
Due to quotas, many properties must choose between their rates, groups, and products when transitioning to Mews. However, increasing the number of quotas system-wide could create speed problems for some properties when there is so much information to load. It is imperative that the system is internally optimized so that it can maintain fast loading speeds while still allowing for an increased number of options.

default setting for optional release date
It would be great to be able to choose the optional release date in the settings for each property instead of it beeing fix and only being able to change manually.

Being able to create presets in the reservation report
Having a feature where you can easily click on a preset with settings that you've created previously for the reservations report, making it faster and easier to extract the required information. Instead of having to re-enter the preferences for each property.

Reservation verview from a guest profile
To have the option to export dashboard data from a guest profile or search from reservation report how many bookings/nights a guest has stayed in the property with a specified timeline.

Auto Assignments
Allowing users to manage the auto assignment of rooms. This should be an on property manageable process. Their are times that Mews does not properly manage inventory and availability in Mews creating odd gaps that force us to reassign reservations so that we can create space for new reservations.
