  1. Hi, it would begerat if the product report showed all products, not only stay products, as we have many products and would like to find and filter them for statistics.

  2. every time you delete a house use booking it crashes the system. a couple of days ago it just took about 2 minutes to process through the system, since yesterday it crashes the actual page and you have to re-open a new mews to continue your work. totally frustrating

  3. It would be handy if it would be possible to directly assign a task to someone in a reservation, for example extra bed for housekeeping, as extra next to linking a reservation to a task.

    We are happy to inform you that we currently support the ability to create and assign a task directly from a reservation.

    In order to perform this action:

    1. Select a reservation > select the status tab >
    2. Scroll down and select “Create task”. 3. This will open the task form where you can both, create a task and assign it to either an employee or department.

  4. Registration cards in the US legal environment are in the wrong format: DD/MM/YYYY.
    The correct format according to the local standard should be MM/DD/YYYY.

  5. every time you complete a task, the filters disappear / clear. that has never happened before and is rather annoying to be honest. it is a waste of time having to (re)set them after each action.

  6. Display future reservations on the dashboard in the reservations block. Currently you have to run a report choosing the booking date to find the next reservation. It would be very helpful to see who's coming next, even if it's in a few days.

  7. Include on the Mailing list a message to send to customers that had the credit card transaction declined. The mail is to inform them that the credit card transaction for the payment of the booking has been declined and asking them to update the credit card information within 24 hours to avoid the cancelation of the booking. Include on the mail a link where the customer can access their profile and update the payment information.

  8. It would be useful if a check / select box can be added next to an individual date range in a reservation rather than selecting/deselecting the whole reservation block with all the dates booked.
    If one of the dates ranges room type need to changed for example I do not have to select it all one by one, time consuming if it is a group booking of 40 rooms per day

    We are happy to inform you that we currently support the functionality that allows you to view who updated and task and when.

    In order to view the last user to update a task, select the task and view the “Updated” section at the bottom.

  12. First of all: I like that there is a symbol / notification in Commander (in the top right) for new releases.

    But once I have clicked on it, I would like that it disappears, also after logging out and back in.

    It basically should only appear, once there is a new release note. Because like that I always know that there is something new I should read.
    But if I receive a notification (--> the icon shows up in the top right), but there is no new release note, it's a bit frustrating if there is no new release note.

  13. Onthe Resume of the reservation, an idea would be to have the Day of the date, mentioned next to Arrival & departure
    So when you check reservation, or have a guest on the phione asking you to dubbel check the res. with him, you can easear sya, tyou arrival on Wednesday 2 sep and C/O on friday 4/9

  14. It would be grate with a tablet that is on the reception counter, where the registration card comes up for the to sign or input data. That way we would save a lot of time and paper

Not only can you allow your guests to sign their registration cards from the Mews Operator (Kiosk) at check-in, you can also provide your guests with the option to sign their registration cards before arriving at your property using the Mews Navigator application.

  15. Make a view specially designed for the breakfast team.

    They want to have a few with: guestname, roomnumber, how many persons. They want to track who came and who still need to have breakfast. So a simple checkbox in that list would do.

    Also the day before a prediction for the amount of breakfast next day, that is easy to access for the breakfast team members.

    We have removed the social scores from the Dashboard. We are still looking into ways how we can further optimize the space available on the dashboard. Please keep providing suggestions for things you'd love to see on the dashboard. 

  17. Since you can't undo cancellations there is no point in having them displayed together with future or current reservations. They could be displayed somewhere else. When you select all reservations the cancellations are also selected, at the same time your editing options on the left side of the display decrease because it now also refers to the cancelled bookings which you can't edit...Why? Either remove cancelled bookings at least from that display fully or let the select all button select everything but the cancelled bookings.

    When you’re creating the Optional reservation, you have an option to select whether to send e-mail or not. Please see the attachment.

  19. Ability to add a stay product from guest's bookings with possibility to choose charging mode:
    Once
    Per night
    Per person
    Per person per night
    Selected charging mode has priority over default charging mode of product stay.

    Selected charging mode should have the priority over default charging mode of the stay product.

    E.G = EX: Have 1 product called BKFST and in reservation pick if ppp or pp etc.

  20. Recently a check in a create keys button was added to each booking which is great it checks in and creates the keys for the customers HOWEVER! it only works after 4pm, because our official check in is at 4pm. what we would like will be the function to work at any time! and instead a pop up will appear that will say it is not 4pm yet would you like to create the key? yes, no. and it will create them either way as long as it leaves a record that they were created before or after 4.

    This was due to a bug that has since been resolved. A key can be cut at any time after the reservation is checked in. As long as the check-in is completed, there is no problem cutting a key prior to the default reservation start time set by the property.
