registration card Austria in once Fellow Travellers
In Austria the registration law wants the adress, id ccard and signature from the main Traveller and the name and date of birth of the fellow passengers. Mews prints and want all the data of each guest. Better would be also for the digital path that the main traveller has the oppurtunity to fill in the data from his self and also int the same form off his fellow travellers

In Belgium, all travelers over the age of 18 have to register with their passport or European ID-card.
However, the main guest is not able to submit the required information for all other guests. This is highly inefficient, because guest still need to stop at the reception when they arrive with forms to be filled in. -

From 1st of January 2019, all new registrations for Austria as a Fellow Traveller will need to be done through the registration card. This is to ensure that all Fellow Travellers who need assistance and support can easily register and access the necessary resources.

Biggest requirement for us at the moment. We need to add onward destination section. This needs to be customisable now more then ever with Government Track n Trace requirements.

Biggest need IMO. We need to be able to get a simplified billing print out as well. Important for us to have the signature on same page as the room charges, taxes etc. Currently we can only have the average nightly rate which is outrageous to me. Should be a simple fix.

In addition to this, some properties would like to be able to customize the appearance of the Registration Cards, in order to make it prettier when they present it to a guest, still keeping the legal requirements.

Registration card configuration allows properties to choose which options should be displayed for arriving guests to complete. In addition to all legally required guest details, some properties may want to specify some other required fields that should be completed for their own data and analysis. These settings would then also apply to both online check-in requirements and the Customer Profiles Report.
