Receive Notification about Mews Kiosk Check-Ins
When a guest checks in via MEWS Kiosk we do not receive any information (mail?) about the check in. During the CI process a registration form is filled out and signed with all the necessary data for the registration to the city. All Registration forms of each day are digitally collected. Due to the CI via Kiosk it is hard for our receptionists to keep track of all the registration forms and collect them daily.

Selecting Add on Product Early Check-in or Late Checkout Changes the Arrival or Departure Time
When selecting an early check-in or late check-out product, it would be good if the system could change either the arrival time or departure time to make the product selected. This would save time and notify us when the guest is arriving earlier rather that search to see who purchased the early arrival product.

send guest messages
At the moment, you cannot send a message or email from Mews to your guests.
This functionality needs to be implemented ASAP. I really expect this functionality from Mews. Kiosk generic welcome message not suitable for gendered languages
As french grammar is very particular and the actual generic welcome message "bienvenue à/au" does not look appropriate, it would be perfect if the property could write the full welcome message.

Add travel agency and date to the email "Failed to settle reservation automatically"
At the moment, in the email which is send to the properties there is missing the travel agency and the date of the reservations. Those two extra information would be great to have as it allows to have all the information at the first sight without going into the reservation. E.g. when it is a failed settlement at the same day of the arrival, we would ignore this email, as the guest will then pay later upon check-in.

Ability to check directly via the reservation if a mail has already been sent
It would be easier if we could directly see via the reservation if emails of confirmation, facture sent, ... has been already sent and even if the delivery has failed.

Reservation Confirmation Details
To be able to choose which fields are visible in the reservation confirmation. It would be great to uncheck some of the values, such as rate name or product for certain costumers, but currently you can only delete the entire row (reservation detail) which is not an option.

Omnichannel communication in Mews
Guest can use the channel of his choice to start communication with the property. (Email, Mews chat, OTA chat, WhatsApp, Messenger). The property receives and replies to all messages in one place - in Mews. The room for error is minimized as all conversation happens at 1 place. Answering is also faster.

The messaging feature helps connect guests directly to the staff currently available at your property. Additional features to this messaging system could help improve communications by integrating platforms and making it easier than ever for your guests to access and use.

Magic link for OCI
Magic links are a fast and secure tool for logging in to an account without password authentication. By including a magic link in confirmation emails, customers who create reservations through OTAs such as Booking.com could use that unique link to log in to their Mews Navigator accounts, update their email to correct one, confirm it using a magic link, and then complete online check-in before arrival.

Magic link are for quite while available for you as placeholders which you can simply add to your e-mail. (if you use our default reservation confirmation template it’s already there).We provide not only magic links for the online check-in but for messaging for example. SMS messaging
You really should be able to send SMS messages to guests. This very basic and available in PMS systems far less advanced than mews.
Should be top priority

Customise Email templates & send times
Customise timing of when email templates are sent. For example, allow a 'before start' to be sent 24hrs prior or 72 prior to arrival. Also, the option to create new templates from scratch to incorporate upsells and other emails for the customer journey.
If 'Before start' is not enabled to send, allow a Check-in reminder to be sent separately. I understand now that this can only be achieved if Before Start is enabled.

Make it clear that guests can re-cut keys from Kiosk
I think it would be ideal (and something seen in many other kiosks) that a in-house guest could recut his/her key in the kiosk if they have lost it. This would mean that the kiosk have three function 1. Check in 2. Check out 3. recut keys if lost. Thanks

Navigator -> fully functional concierge
Turn navigator in a complete concierge, where guest can, on top of what's already available:
- View all details of the reservation: PRICE, info about the space selected, ...
- manage the reservation (change dates, cancel it, add or remove guests, ...)
