Proper ROB report
Currently there is no ROB (Rooms On the Books) report available in mews. According to the support, the reservations report could be used. However, this report can in no way be used to make forecasting or analyses due to the terrible lay-out.
So please provide a proper ROB-report as this is the standard in the hospitality.

creation of a pack of reports to be sent in one single email
set up in the schedules a group of reports that needs to be sent to our Accounts in Head Office. He called Night Packs and has included 8 reports for each of our hotels (Ibis Budget and Ibis Red).
We have created a Night Pack set up schedule with 8 reports and it comes each report export directly and individually to our email included in the set up.My question is: Can Mews generate these reports, get them direct and sent them all into a single one email?

Unpaid / unbalanced bill Report
We look for a report which lists reservations, that were checked-out with unbalanced bills.
Few days ago, we checked-out a group, but forgot to issue the invoice the very same day and only realized this now. To make sure this has not happened before, we want to search for reservations, that are in the past but not paid or invoiced yet.6 votesHi, thank you for your vote for this suggestion. Please navigate to the "Guests in house" report, which is available on the homepage dashboard, in the upper right corner under "Customers".
Ensure that under Status, "Checked out" is selected, and that under Display options, "Balance" is selected. By selected your date range you should be able to view reservations which have been checked out but still have open balances remaining.

Extension Report
Hello. We need a report that indicates when a guests added nights to their stay.
Currently under the updated reports section it includes any reservation that had even a minor change, like a note added or another person.Ex. lets say I have a guest that books for Oct 1-31 for $100 a night for a total of $3100. On Oct 15 they tell you they want to add the month of November so another 30 days an additional $3000. When I look at the booking it shows total revenue of $6,100. Room change for an in house guest
When an inhouse guest must move rooms for whatever reason such as extended stay or change due to category capacity or to another catagory that Mews is able to see this and combine the entire stay into one booking for our registration cards. So that we have a complete record of where the guest will be in house during their stay. At the moment we must print seperate registration cards for each invividual room.

Not removing products from the Reservation Report for cancelled bookings
When a guest cancels a room, all products are removed on the Reservation Report so it is not possible to gauge whether the guest had a product previously. This is problematic if a process needs to be upheld when a product is cancelled (e.g. informing a third party) and it's not clear whether a reservation had the product to begin with.

blocks does not appear in the reporting
Blocks should appear in the availability and occupancy report when they are confirmed. Not only when the rooms are picked

Breakfast report
Report "guest in house" - "breakfast"
The idea is to have the number of breakfast for each room everyday.
Today the report shows the number of breakfasts for the whole stay of the client/room.
How the report appears today :
Day 1 Room 100 (2 people, 2 nights) = breakfast X 4
Day 2 Room 100 (2 people, 2 nights) = breakfast X 4The restaurant needs this report to check with each client every morning if they have breakfast this day.
How the report should appear :
Day 1 Room 100 = breakfast X 2

Guest List breakdown of kids and adult
We have products in resort referred to as Family Eat Free. When exporting the report we need to see how many adults and kids are staying on said product to ensure we honor the correct amount of kids meals vs adult meals. When exporting the guest list, we can only see amount of guests in the room but loose the breakdown seen in the companion column. Need report that include by room number, name, how many adults and kids and what product.

Include guest number in the accounting ledger
In order to reconcile accounting ledger with Sage reports, would it be possible to include guest number (displayed in tab internals of guest profile) and not only guest name?

Action Log: Show time based on location and not UTC
In the action Logs, UTC is used to describe all actions, however this doesn't make sence for our propterty as we use CEST. Therefore we would suggest to use the time where a proptery is located instead of UTC so we don't need to manually calculate the changes each time.

Mouvementliste / Zimmerliste
Mit Eurem Report "Guest-In-House" hab ich leider ziemlich Zeitaufwand, da ich für unsere Etagenfrauen alles manuell ankreuzen muss, welche Zimmer zu reinigen sind und für den Frühstücksservice ankreuzen muss, welche Gäste abreisen oder inhouse Frühstücken kommen, da dieser Report die Zimmer durchmischt nach An-Abreise und Bleibende aufgeführt.
Uebersichtlicher wäre ein Report wo alle Anreisen, alle Abreisen und alle Bleibenden Gäste auf einem Report unterteilt aufgeführt sind, so wie ich das von base7 kenne. Ich bin überrascht, das so ein Report bei Mews nicht existiert und das erschwert uns erheblich das Arbeiten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2 votesHello from the Mews product team,

Export Listen erstellen
Wir benötigen einen Bericht, welcher täglich automatisch erstellt wird (Export-Zeitpläne) und welcher uns folgende Information gibt:
- einen Bericht mit Information: Zimmernummer + Anzahl Personen im Zimmer Weitere Informationen wie Namen oder Adresse dürfen aus Datenschutzgründen nicht auf dem Bericht stehen.
Der Bericht wird am Abend erstellt und soll alle erwarteten und bereits
eingecheckten Gäste auflisten.Dieser Bericht ist wichtig für den Ernstfall (Evakuierung) durch die Feuerwehr ö.ä.
- einen Bericht mit den Informationen: Zimmernummer, Namen, Anzahl Personen, Firma, Produkt Frühstück, Sortiert nach Gruppe.

Report with "status is cancelled" should show the number of room nights
It would be ideal to see the number of room nights per booking that have been cancelled when running a Reservation Report with "Status is Cancelled". At the moment the report generates with the number of nights all reported as ‘0’.

In order to view the number of cancelled room nights in the reservation report, please ensure that your filters are set to the following
- Filter: Canceled
- Status: Canceled
The Status filter does not have the cancelled state loaded automatically, it must be manually selected in order to see the number of cancelled nights.

Upsell Report that shows original and new rate
Properties would like to have an Upsell Report that shows when a room is upsold and if there was incremental revenue or change of rate. Would like to see original rate and new rate on the report. Front Desk has incentive programs based upon number of Upsell and would like to be able to track this in Mews by User.

Add extra tab in Reservation Overview report for early check-in
Check-in Queue. If a guest arrives but the room is not ready, there should be a function that we can check-in to show they are in the building awaiting on the room.

Availability block report to include blocks details
The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.
