An error occurred while saving the comment Stefanie Haendel commentedAs guests are checking-in using Mews Operator, sometimes there may be alternate spaces available for an additional price. In this case, a new feature could allow properties to upsell these spaces so that guests can then choose a higher space category before they complete their check-in.
For multi-property chains, a user would be able to switch whole reservation from hotel A to hotel B. (That could be a user management setting.) If we have overbookings and we could shift the whole reservation, that would save a lot of time and information like the guest's payment in hotel A would not get lost.
