Thanks for your submission. Unfortunately it is unlikely we'll tackle this in the near future. Scraping is often against the ToS of any platform and/or website, high maintenance and error prone. We recommend reviewing one of the top revenue management systems that we partner with in the Mews Marketplace who may offer similar solutions for your revenue managers.

Adjust prices based on the date moving closer. So 4 days before a room is 100 Euros, 3 days before 90 Euros, 2 days 85, 1 day 80.
Mind you this is a feature request for low season (and now covid) where occupancy is generally low and young travelers decide last minute, largely on price while more safety prone, more research travelers decide earlier and not so much based on price.
Of course occupancy could /should play a role here as well but in categories where you only have 3 rooms for example we found occupancy often a highly unreliable factor when using pace and others since a sudden jump of 33% (1 booking in that case) tends to make them go crazy in their price recommendations. So at the moment we do nearly everything manually and this would help us and copy some of the strategy we are using to keep the Hostel filled which is important for the overall atmosphere.
But of course in high season it could be an option to make prices go up when the date is nearing.
