    That would be great! We would also like to implement this for our reception team. They frequently receive emails from both tourists and business guests requesting room reservations. On fully booked days, we add these requests to a waiting list (which is now in excel).

    The reason for this is that when a reservation is cancelled through a third-party platform such as Booking.com, we do not receive a notification. As a result, rooms may become available without us being aware of it, and they can be booked by others in the meantime.

    By maintaining a waiting list, we would be able to proactively contact interested guests as soon as a room becomes available, ensuring we don’t miss these opportunities, since lots of times these are regular guests who asks for a waiting list!
