    Reservierungen aus Gruppen entfernen oder verschieben:

    Aktuell ist es zwar möglich, Reservierungen einer Gruppe hinzuzufügen – aber nicht, sie wieder zu entfernen oder in eine andere Gruppe zu verschieben. Das führt zu Problemen, wenn eine Reservierung versehentlich falsch zugeordnet wurde.

    Gerade bei Gruppenanfragen ist das sehr relevant: Oft werden mehrere Offerten für denselben Zeitraum erstellt, was automatisch dazu führt, dass alle Reservierungen in derselben Gruppe landen – selbst wenn der Gast sich nur für eine Option entscheidet. Im Nachhinein kann man diese falsche Gruppenzuordnung nicht mehr korrigieren.

    Das kann zu Missverständnissen mit dem Gast führen, vor allem wenn man sich auf vergangene Aufenthalte bezieht – zum Beispiel mit Aussagen wie: „Sie waren mit Gruppe XY hier“, obwohl das gar nicht stimmt. (Datenschutz).

    Da wir einen Saisonbetrieb mit schnell wechselnden Mitarbeitern haben, ist es also auch unmöglich, diese Fehler über längere Zeit intern zu kommunizieren.

    Eine Funktion, um Reservierungen wieder aus einer Gruppe zu entfernen oder in eine andere Gruppe zu verschieben, wäre deshalb extrem hilfreich und würde die Datenqualität sowie die Kommunikation mit den Gästen verbessern.
