It would be great to have the possibility of rate rules to have an automated way to change a rate based on e.g. Occupancy of the property without using an RMS.
E.g. rate from 0-10% is € 120, from 11-20% it should be € 130 etc.
Not all hotels need an RMS which creates rate recommendations therefore this function would be a nice add on.Christina Neumann

It would be very helpful to have the possibility to define the capacity per space category by age category. E.g.
Classic Room - Max. Occ. 3 Person - max no adults 2, max no children 1
Suite - Max. Occ. 4 - max no adults 3, max. no. children 2The reason is that we do have bigger rooms with e.g. a Sofabed for additional person but this would only suite for one adult but 2 children.

The option to determine the order of the instalments in the drop-down menu on the reservation screen is extremely important to us. Currently, a rate that is only available to a certain group of customers is always shown first, as it can be booked without a code. There is therefore a high risk that guests will be offered the wrong rate. A quick implementation of this function would therefore be desirable.
