    In this time with continuous payment scams, (many) guest do not trust the current Navigator environment. Guest book at our own website (poortbeach.com), but receive a automatic mail (which template and text can not be adjusted), which leads them to mews.ly/navigator/... This url domain is a red flag for many guests, they have never heard of 'Mews' and surely never seen '.ly'.

    This environment for something as important as Payments needs to look trustworthy. Logo, background, url, etc. Happy to share thought and feedback of guests.

    We delivered customization of all emails which Mews send to guests.

    We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

    We’re delighted to share the news that now you can configure Mews to let guests pay with iDEAL!

    To learn more and get started with iDEAL check out this guide – https://help.mews.com/en/articles/5179046-enable-ideal-as-an-alternative-payment-method.

    Once the above is done, your guests will see iDEAL as a payment method in the booking engine, payment requests & online check-out. You can take advantage of convenient, automated payment processing with a real-time overview and central reconciliation.

    Please make it optional.
    So I, as a user and partner, can decide to use it or not. From a PMS point of view I can imagine it is tempting to make it rich with all kind of features, so also Messaging. But from a user perspective, and a small entrepreneur, it also should be manageable. And is this case be able to decide to open/close a communication channel. Thank you,
