When building a multi-day meeting package that includes hotel rooms, it is currently not possible to process this in a fully connected way within the PMS.

Issue:

A room type can be selected with a fixed price, but the room is not automatically booked under the corresponding meeting rate.
The meeting rate cannot be linked via product rules to breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, so these items don't automatically flow through to the restaurant lists.

Result: manual processing of room bookings and F&B items for every multi-day package.

Desired: a direct link between the meeting booking, room rate, and connected F&B product rules, so multi-day packages can be processed fully automatically. Ideally, this is solved by fully integrating Mews Events into the PMS environment, so that meetings, rooms, and F&B connect seamlessly without separate links or manual steps.
