Connector API: Travel Agency Contract - Add and Update

Currently there is no endpoint for an integration to add a travel agency (only Add/Update Company).

This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates.     Please also add a GET endpoint. For Accounting systems it is a must to be able to extract this information from Mews.
    Now they have to start up Mews to find the information but in case external accountants are used, they do not have access to Mews and need to rely on old-fashioned reports.

    This is really needed for a big chain who have 12500+ travel agents; we cannot expect to have them entering all travel agent contracts in each of the 200 properties.

    Really needed if we are going to centralise our creation points and avoid manual steps across different hotels on one chain.
