Windows Connector: Encoding keys to open more than just a room
At check in, it would be nice to be able to encode the keycard from within MEWS and get the option for more doors (next to the room lock) that can be opened with the same keycard, like: fitness, garage, safe, second door.

Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Our product team reviews everything you share, and we might reach out for more info if we need it.
Thanks for your patience as we work to bring your ideas to life! You can learn more about the changes coming to UserVoice from this post in the Mews Community.

This would be a great enhancement!
Building on this idea, it would be even more efficient if Keycutter could automatically assign extra doors based on additional products or bookable services. For example:
Parking → Access to the parking garage
Wellness → Access to the spa area
Fitness → Access to the gym
Meeting rooms → Access to specific conference areas
If access permissions were linked to these services, it would reduce manual adjustments and improve both guest experience and operational efficiency.Would love to see this implemented!

MEWS please keep me posted on the development of adding a parking feature to send the information below to Dormakaba to access our garage gates when applicable. Currently, we have to manually add this information into Dormakaba.
