Confirmed Date of Reservation
It would be great if we could get the Confirmed Date from a Reservation out of the API. Mews shows this in their own report(s), but it's not available in the Connector API.

Availability blocks should have information about the count/picked per roomtype per day
Parallel as to the "old" OTA_HotelInvBlockNotifRQ XML messages an availability/grouo block should have information:
- count: how many rooms are blocked for that group block for each day and each roomtype
- picked: how many rooms are already reserved for that group block for each day and each roomtype
- [and maybe also] daily rate: what is the rate for each roomtype per day (per number of persons)

Mews Connector classified as a heuristic virus
Avast anti-virus classifies Mews Connector as a heuristic virus. I have to take mewsconnector.exe out of quarantine weekly (after every update) and add it as an exception. Very annoying. Do something about that.

Add adult and child number parameters to deeplink supported parameters
Add adult and child number parameters to deeplink supported parameters. It will be convinient to room booking chatbot. Client enter number of adults and children for search in chatbot and then receive results with booking engine link to continue booking process. For client will not be necessary enter person number twice (on chatbot and on MEWS sbooking engine site).

Montant final
Bonjour,
Afin de pouvoir programmer correctement mon contrat de location sur Zapier, il me faudrait pouvoir retrouver le montant total de ma réservation pour l'intégrer dans mon document légal.
Or mews n'envoie pas cette donnée dans Zapier (impossible de la retrouver dans les zap). Pourriez vous remédier à ce problème pour que mon établissement puisse se mettre dans le l'égalité du droit de location de meublés en France ?

Specific guest profile information
Some regular guests have fixed specific request they always need: bath, low floor, diabetic, …
At this moment we can put this in the profile of the guest ‘intern information’.
Problem is when we’re making a new reservations we don’t see this information automatically.
We’re obliged to go to the profile of the guests and then to have a look in the submenu ‘intern information’.

Expose Flag In getAllBills to determine if POS item

You may need to have this flag set to true when items are pushed into Mews.

reservations/getAll Resources extent should also return inactive resources
When retrieving reservations with the 'Resources' extent the inactive spaces are not included in the response. This means an additional call to resources/getAll to retrieve also the inactive resources.
Adding the inactive resources to reservations/getAll would circumvent this.

Expose "Reservation Source" field via API
It would be useful to add the new field "Reservation Source" to the API as many hotels use it interchangeably with "Channel Manager" to indicate channel information.

Booker field populated through CHM
Attach profile to Booker field via Channel manager integration.

Add new property ExternalCode to Outlets
Hi,
currently outlets have only 3 properties - Id, IsActive and Name. We would utilize one more property named 'ExternalCode' that would make mapping of POS system revenue centers to Mews outlets easier. Currently we need to rely on using the same name of both sides, which is prone to typo error. Add pagination to responses
There are some endpoints (for example: the /reservations/search endpoint) that allow us to query certain objects like reservations that were created or modified in a certain time interval. If the time interval causes Mews to fetch too many objects, it will return a 408. This can be less straightforward for the caller as the caller does not know in which time interval most creations/modifications happened and the caller will thus keep calling the endpoint until the time interval is finally small enough for the request to succeed. Currently occupancy or capacity information (adultCount, childCount) is only available in event data after the user has selected a room, however the data is available in the UI when the list of rooms is shown to the user.
For 3rd party tools (like price comparisons widgets) that need to compare rooms with capacity information this presents a real data accuracy problem.
If the data could be exposed on each availableRoom in the distributorAvailabilityLoaded event it would not only ensure the event is consistent with the UI but also improve the accuracy of third party tools.

Extract Rate Segment and Rate Descriptions through rates/getall API call
The current rates/getall API call does not bring up the Rate Description and Rate Segment.
Regarding the Segment: Arguably, someone could link the rates response to the reservations response and grab the Segment of the rate from the reservations it's linked to. The issue however is that once a rate is applied to a reservation, the user can go to the reservation and change the segment field, which leads to different segments on the reservation level and the corresponding rate level.
Regarding the Descriptions: It would be useful if we can have the Rate Descriptions in the rates/getall API response…

Marketing Permissions from Synxis
Currently the API between Synxis and Mews does not pull through marketing data. We would request that this feed is developed so that we can utilise information that is being captured in Synxis but not feeding through to mews.
