Sequential Group Reservation Number
Currently, Mews offers individual confirmation for all reservations - but if they are within a group, they all fall under 1 group reference number that does not trigger an individual and sequential reference # for the reservations attached.
When duplicating Reservations, for example, it would be helpful if the reservation screen could trigger sequential group reservation numbers that are searchable but can also populate in the reservation report. Even in a simple group reservation setup, this form of referencing could be very useful.

Company owned reservations
Make company owned reservations possible.
It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.
Provide a comprehensive view of all bookings associated with a corporate account. As well highly useful for hotels that offer coworking spaces, where companies own a office space.2 votes -

Bonjour il faudrait que l'on puisse customiser l'e-mail "commande ajoutée" afin de pouvoir faire figurer les conditions d'annulation du tarif au même titre qu'il est possible de le faire sur l'e-mail "confirmation de réservation" reçu par le client.

Allow Guest Count Change With Rebate
Some properties find it too restrictive not to be able to modify guest count once a rebate has been created and balanced in their PMS. Bills/invoices being legal documents are understandable - however if a rebate is created to correct bill details or items, the guest count should be considered as well.

Rate Code management
We should be able to filter rate codes as expired to not take up space in the rate code screen, but activate them again if needed. This way the system can stay clean and tidy. Especially since you don't have a search feature.

Availability block visible in planning board
Currently it is not clear that an availability block is made, on the schedule board. It looks like there is availability, but it actually has an availability block on it.
So this is not visible on the planning board, and my colluages can not see that i made an availability block for this period en they can not make reservations.5 votes -
Impove Timeline visual appearance for improved working conditions & accessibility
We're new to MEWS and whilst the functionality is brilliant (thank you), our front of house team really struggle with the visual appearance of the timeline. Spending lots of screen time on a screen with poor visual appearance and contrasts is not healthy and inefficient as it is difficult to see the timeline at a glance - please could you look at improving visual contrasts both colours and lines between dates/spaces for improved accessibility.

Increase occupancy after closing the bill
You should be able to make changes to a reservation after the bill has been closed. This would just create a new separate bill with the extra charge/credit.

Overrite Reservation Rules
If there are certain rules such as a minimum stay of 5 nights. For a room, for example, two nights are free. It would be good if certain positions (management) could still make bookings and override these rule

Personenzahlen Tagesweise Anpassen
Es wäre hilfreich wenn Sich die Personenanzahl Tagesweise individuell anpassen lassen würde. Somit ist gegeben, dass die Personenanzahl im Haus immer Stimmt und Produkte sich automatisch anpassen. Gerade bei Kurabgabe und Frühstück ist dies entscheiden.

We would need the possibility to be able to download a booking confirmation PDF that can be sent to travel agencies & partners via separate email threads. The confirmation PDF should be fairly simple and include the following: arrival & departure dates, name of the travel agent (or company), room type (category), amount of rooms & people booked in the reservation, and the total price.
The PDF that we can get from the "Summary" has information & links about booked spaces and that cannot be used (it is also visually not the best to look at).

Allowing to duplicate reservations exactly, including rate, products etc.

Currently, Mews does not allow you to send an automated email before the customer's arrival to request a bank pre-authorization as a guaran
Currently, Mews does not allow sending an automated email before the guest's arrival to request a bank pre-authorization as a guarantee. It is currently possible to realize a pre-authorization but only on the amount of the reservation. So I want to realize a pre-authorization for the booking amount and add the deposit amount, for example 500 euros. Can you add this feature please?

Minimum amount of bookable rooms
We are a small conference hotel and our business model is, that we sell our rooms for one group at a time.
To make this bookable, we need to restrict the booking to a minimum amount of rooms, for example minimum of 4 rooms. So that we can avoid that one guest books one room and blocks the remaining rooms by his attendance.This could be done as a restriction.

Show in order overview field the name of the staffmember who made the booking
Many details are visible in the overview field but for us a very important detail is who made the booking.
This person has the overview and does the follow up.
Now I have to go to "Action log" which is packed with all kinds of updates often irrelevant to the case and scroll all the way down to the bottom to find the name of the creator.
I need to know ASAP who made the booking so I know who to ask about the booking.
