Have a separate cancellation policy for group reservations where multiple rooms are concerned.
Currently, if a reservation is for multiple rooms, the cancellation policy remains the same as that of the rate group for which they were booked. It would be better, and easier to mitigate the risk of losing of a multi-room reservation, if there was an option of another cancellation policy being available once a minimum number of rooms have been reserved. This would allow us to change the cancellation period, meaning that they have to provide us with more notice of cancellation.

Remove 'Create a Key' option until the guest has checked in.
Currently we can 'Create a Key' for a reservation that isn't inhouse. I suggest this button isn't available for team members to click until the guest is in house. There is a 'Check in and Create Key' button which can be used initially, then once the guest is in house the 'Create a Key' button can be available to click. This will prevent guests being issued a key without being checked in accidentally.

the timeline doesn't adjust when you change a house use booking
since a couple of weeks, the timeline doesn't automatically adjust when you change the dates on a house use booking. you need to refresh the page all the time, which is quite annoying.

Monthly timeline needs to display ALL bookings
THIS PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN SOLVED DESPITE YOU SAYING IT HAS BEEN RELEASED!
the monthly timeline is already a lot better to deal with long-stay enquiries, however, we have just oversold our property due to the fact that a short stay was not showing up on the monthly time line. we thought we had the full three months available when we didn't.
this is of course not acceptable meaning we are not able to use the monthly view.
may i suggest perhaps a weekly view? or just make the fields smaller (half or quarter their current width).1 voteHello from the Mews product team,

Group seperate bookings under the same guest profile.
Right now to add bookings to the same 'group booking' you have to open the booking then click the '+ reservation' button. If you make a booking through the regular '+' icon that's always visible for example you can't send a confirmation with both bookings in the same email.
I'd like to have a function that simply allows you to couple or group bookings together to make this process easier.0 votes
