Products added to a bill should be editable
After adding a product to an open bill, you should be able to edit the amount introduced in the bill instead of adding another line with the same product in negative. It is confusing for everyone, especially because the bill could have dozens of lines due to that fact.

Rebates causing distorted monthly revenue
When an invoice is issued for the following month but then the booking gets cancelled in the current month - the revenue will be posted in the following month but the revenue of the current month will be reduced.
In other words there will be 'fake' revenue in the following month but the revenue in the current month will be lower that it actually is.
This is also affectig VAT.The rebate should be posted on the same day as the items are consumed and not on the day of the cancellation.

Clear all empty bills at once
I have a few company bills where a lot of empty bills are created due to moving bills around to create large invoices. At the moment I have to manually delete all empty bills one by one. Can you create a button that will clear all empty bills?

Invoices from Company profile - show reservation status
It would be good that the bills that are in the Company Profile billing showed whether the reservation is 'Past', 'Future' or 'Checked in' so it is easier to issue invoices to big OTA providers like AirBnb, which have many bookings assigned at the same time. Currently you have to open and check every single bill.
This could show the same way the 'Items: 1' tab does.

Invoice Format
It would be helpful if MEWS invoices could be formatted so that the billing address would appear in a letter window if printed.
If the billing address was on the lefthand side of the invoice and larger font so it is more visible that would be much better.
The billfooter with the Hotels information would be better at the bottom of the invoice, or at least on the right hand side and in much smaller font as it currently takes up most of the space on the invoice.

Consolidation and Renaming
We need a quick option to consolidate items in billing and rename them.
So f.eks. we sell our guest a soup and a panini through our trivec system, but when we send the bill we have companies that wants those two items to be consolidated into one item and renamed “hot meal"

Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers
Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers which includes the following information:-
1. Guest Name
2. Reservation ID
3. Arrival Date
4. Departure Date
5. Room No.
6. Reservation Type
7. Status (Reserved/Cancelled)
8. Last Paid On
9. Deposit Balance.As currently, we need to check deposits from Accounting Ledger from guest detailed information from Reservation Report, It is difficult to check manually for each guest. Kindly assist with this report.

Registration cards for each room instead of each guest
Currently, if a guest books multiple rooms, and even if they have multiple names listed for that registration, you can only print one registration card, and that card will only have one of the room numbers on it. It would be much better to be able to print a card for each room.

A guest's balance should be readily apparent at the top of their profile as soon as you click on their name on the timeline, without having to load the full profile or scroll down at all, for every type of reservation.

Automatic bill closure on check-out
When the bill is fully paid upon checkout, the bill can be automatically closed, when the receptionist clicks "check out".
Otherwise we get the following error: "To enable check-out, make sure that all bills are paid and the Unpaid items / Deposits section is empty. If there are any open items, convert them to a bill and then close it." on fully PAID bills, and to "bypass" that error, we just close the bill, without posting anything. Or some receptionists just move everything to a new bill, once again without posting anything, and only then they can check out the…

Automatic Billing of Travel Agents
It would be a big time saver if it was possible to send bills to Travel Agents (and other companies) automatically on a set date (e.g. the first of every month).
With the new company billing features this would make the workflow very efficient and ensure that no bills would be forgotten to send.

Split products into different accounting categories
To be able to create products and split the product into different acocunting categories. Ex. gin&tonic - a part revenue goes to water and a part to liquor. Ex. breakfast - a part revenue goes to food and a part to coffee.
