At the moment it is not possible to charge a credit card to a company profile. Therefore, a new invoice has to be created in order to carry out the transaction. So you have to send the customer the invoice and the credit of the old one just for the payment. In this case I see no need to send two new invoices for payment. Many companies have company cards that are not linked to a single person.
