  1. It would be idea to have guest arrival flight details and departure flight details in the reservation dashboard where the check in time is. Other PMS systems do have this option. We offer airport pickup and drop off so being able to generate a report with this information will be useful.

  2. We use "reservation notes" to communicate between shifts. Sometimes notes are important ONLY for reception staff. Sometimes notes are important ONLY for housekeeping staff. It would be good to be able to split notes keeping this in mind. For Housekeeping staff notes, they should appear on the "guest in house" reports, so teams get briefed daily on what to do in each room.
    For Reception staff notes, it would be better to have them pop up when opening a reservation, to be sure they are read before check-in/check-out.

  3. Currently, the only notes that can be unselected from the reservation report are the "General Note" from the reservation screen. All Internal Tab Notes from the Customer profile remain visible on the report. Some notes are not meant for all departments or all staff. It would be helpful for Admin to be able to run the reports pertaining to each department without having to overshare notes from the customer's profile.

    Just the way General Note Can be unselected, notes from the Internals tab should have the same flexibility.

  4. Please stop creating several profiles for already existing guests. I know that this is based on the e-mail address and Booking creates a new e-mail address when a guest makes a new reservation, but this makes it impossible to track who's a regular guest and who's coming back when.

  5. large company books a room for a visitor. The company wants a cost center number printed on the invoice. e.G.: HR00012345 c/o John Snow. I see there is a workaround when using a booking number in the Travelagency/OTA field, but when booking is done via OTA I can't use that work around anymore.....

  12. The country code should no longer be transmitted via Channel Manager. This transmits the country of the IP address and can no longer be deleted from the profile. As a result, we have many empty addresses in the guest profiles.

  13. If you want to make a new reservation for a new travel agent, you first have to create a company profile and then the travel agent contract so you can add the TA to the reservation. For travel agents who only make 1 reservation, this is a big hassle.

    It would be easier if you could do this in 1 go and thus make the TA contract and company profile in 1 flow (while making the reservation itself).

  14. Please make it possible to create a voucher code that can be used onced by guests when they book. This prevents sharing the code with friends & families and guest can be reached with more specific and personal codes/discounts.

  15. Why is it not possibile to add a new company to a mother company while creating it? Actually we have to create a new company and afterwards open the company profile again to add a mother company. We need to add the mother company for the statistcs.

  16. On the billing page there should be a note field where we could note if its e.g. a booking prepaid / expedia collect booking or if the guest pays everything on site.

  17. DOEL van reservering is een verplicht veld met 3 prefixes (student, recreatie, zakelijk) - voor ons zorghotel niet relevant en het is niet aanpasbaar. aangezien het ook een verplicht veld is in de online kiosk hebben we daarom alle mails uitgezet. Het zou goed zijn als je daar aanpassingen in **** doen zodat het past bij het hotel.

  19. We would like to have the guest title appear on the registration card.
    Since we show our guests the data on the registration card upon check-in, some guests have shown complaints that there is no title they have input upon reservation.

  20. TA contracts are connected to bookable services i.e. they are not shared like companies are. Some properties want to import TA contracts from one bookable service to another, they might work with the same partners in different areas (resort/apartments). Maybe it would be beneficial to allow properties to download and then import this information (maybe CSV format) from one bookable service to another?
