Change Blacklist to non-derogatory term
Change the terminology from "Blacklist" to "Blocklist" or similar to allow for more inclusive language, rather than a derogatory term.

This is the 21st Century and to see a term like this in a system that was created in the 21st Century is amazing and yet disappointing at the same time, especially to my African American Staff members.
