Separate room type overbooking from overall property overbooking
We would like to set a diffusive overbooking strategy without influencing the overall property occupancy, meaning that the guest will be able to always book the lowest category even though it is not available, untill all the highest categories are fully booked, without creating a total property overbooking. Summing up, we would like to separate the room type overbook (for example economy + 5) from the overall propoerty overbook (no overbook allowed at property level)

Not changing all browser tabs when changing property.
We have multiple properties. When we want to manage the multiple properties at the same time we have to set up multiple browsers because when we change the property in one browser, all the other tabs change as well in the same browser. We would like to manage our properties without changing the other tabs when you change one tab from property.

Multi select filters in space status report
Be available to remove from THE SPACES the rooms that are out of order and service, to concentrate more in the DIRTY, CLEAN AND INSPECTED.
I don't want to know in the front page the OUT OF ORDER AND OUT OF SERVICE. I only want to see them when I go inside the Space Status.

Multi-property with 1 email inbox
We have multi-property and 1 gmail account - payment failure notification emails are received without a property name so we have to go property by property to locate the booking which has a failed payment.

default setting for optional release date
It would be great to be able to choose the optional release date in the settings for each property instead of it beeing fix and only being able to change manually.

Spanish ID on Identity scanner
To include an option (at Property setup configuration) to enable/disable automatic filling of guest NIF with its ID when scanning a guest ID document.

Product availability
If the property offers e.g. 10 baby beds the product should only be bookable if one of the 10 beds are available.
Second option would be that e.g. only 2 of the 10 double rooms have the space for an extra bed -> restricting on room count

action log showing original price
For properties, only the reservation manager has access to the Rate Management in Mews. So when employees are changing the rate of the booking, they will not be able to know what was the original price of the rate. They will only see from the action log the original rate and not the original price. Properties are pushing not just the original rate but also the original price of the rate in the action log without the products attached.

Allow users to be added to multiple sites at once
This is one for the account creators out there and should already be a thing.
Adding users to each site individually is a ridiculous process that takes far too long. There should be a centralised account creation page where you can just tick a box for which sites/properties you want to assign them access to.
The fact you cant have multiple sites open at once is another hurdle that needs to be addressed.

Consolidated Reservation Arrival Screen for easier viewing of all Arrivals
The current arrival screen is based upon cards. For smaller properties with a few arrivals that may work. However, for larger properties, it is harder to find the right guest because of scrolling. It would be nice to consolidate this view (maybe with a new filter) that makes the reservation card information into one line much like the reservation screen and it can be filtered by Arrival Time, Queue or by Alphabetical Order, or Room Number or Room Type. For properties that have many arrivals this would be much easier to navigate.

Move posted Services to other properties
As we are a couple properties using MEWS, it would be amazing to move postings from one to the other property in the same hotel-chain.
So if a guest has consumed lunch in partner property, it would be amazing to post it on the room in our hotel.

Unified Inbox
Having an inbox in Mews where all messages from different OTAs come would be absolutely fantastic.
All messages would come directly to the PMS and properties wouldn't have to go to all OTAs separately.

Ability to reconcile Mews monthly Platform space invoice
Allow properties to be able to see their Average monthly space add ons and removals so that they can balance the Invoice issued by Mews for platform fees.

Generate more complex guest UIDs to decrease the amount of duplicate profiles created in MEWS.
Currently we create guests' Unique IDentifiers' (UIDs) from email addresses and it works great in most cases, however this is a flawed approach as email is not a required data point, and if a guest does not use one this effects duplicate guest profiles in MEWS (once the guest returns to the property for another stay). Properties then have to merge these profiles, losing time, and reporting accuracy.
In my opinion this is not good user experience, is inefficient and requires a more elegant solution.
We could for instance generate them from: Name + Surname + Street name instead.

Lenght of stay
With a property where length of stay plays a role for pricing, it would be convinient to see the number of nights directly under the arrival and departure day (both in timeline, but especially on "properties" overview.

display of reservation empty
sometimes when you open a reservation there is no information displayed (at all). you need to click on another tab to go back to your "properties" tab to view.

able to see guest side of communications
either in the demo or real version, it is very difficult to gain insight on the guest experience of the communications. for example:
* where do guest click to add their credit card details or how to disable the cc details.
* what does the confirmation look like or get a sample of the pre-arrival communication.
* what does it look like when you email the guest a copy of their bill.
* what does a guest profile look like and is the guest able to see just the bookings at your property or all the mews connected properties

Suppress Deposit Feature for US Properties
In the US, we should not use the "Deposit" feature as it is consider revenue. Therefore, the practice should be a "Prepayment" which is not a term normally used in the US. Therefore, it would be good to have an option to remove the "Deposit" feature for US properties. This causes issues for US properties accounting teams.
